ROASTED PISTACHIO & FREEZE DRIED RASPBERRY PIECES TOPPED - PISTACHIO RASPBERRY

Filled with smooth and creamy pistachio buttercream which is rich, nutty, and slightly sweet in taste. The centre is filled with a sweet and tangy raspberry confit.

These are decorated in a white chocolate glaze, sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberry pieces, roasted pistachio pieces, and splattered with wet gold lustre.
