Macarons are delicate French sandwich cookies made with almond flour, egg whites, and sugar, filled with buttercream, ganache, or jam. They have a crisp shell and chewy centre.

Our macarons should be refrigerated and enjoyed within 7 days of delivery for optimal results or they can be frozen upon arrival for up to 2 months. The best way to enjoy our macarons is to serve them at room temperature. Allow 10 minutes for them to come to room temperature if you're storing them in the fridge, or 30 minutes if they're coming from the freezer.

Yes. Dana's macarons can be frozen in an airtight container for up to two months. If stored in the same package as when it was delivered, we recommend covering it in additional plastic or cling film to prevent as much air and moisture out of the package as possible so your macarons stay fresh.

Dana's Macarons are made by hand and vary in size between 1.50" – 1.90" in diameter per macaron.

When serving Dana's Macarons at parties and special occasions, we recommend serving 2-3 macarons per person. For personal orders, our macarons can be kept fresh for up to one week in the refrigerator or two months in the freezer when stored in an airtight container.

Dana's macarons are composed entirely of almond flour, and some of them contain nuts. Nuts aren't in every recipe, but they can be found in tiny amounts in all of our goods. Those who are allergic to nuts should avoid consuming our products.
