DARK CHOCOLATE PIECES & FREEZE DRIED BANANA SLICE TOPPED - BANANA CHOCOLATE

Filled with luxurious and creamy banana-infused milk and dark chocolate ganache bursting with the natural sweetness and aroma of ripe bananas and the centre is filled with banana confit made using fresh ripe bananas.

 

These are decorated in a dark chocolate glaze, sprinkled with chocolate pieces, topped with a freeze-dried banana slice, and splattered with wet edible gold lustre.
