FREEZE DRIED STRAWBERRY & CANDIED LEMON - LEMON POPPY STRAWBERRY

Filled with a combination of tangy lemon, nutty poppy seeds, and sweet strawberry confit in the centre.

These are decorated in a white chocolate glaze, sprinkled with chocolate sesame seeds, freeze-dried strawberry pieces, and topped with a candied lemon slice.

Almond Flour, Egg Whites, Sugar, Butter, Milk, Glucose Syrup, Pasteurised Egg (22%), Concentrated Lemon Juice (Sulphites) (8%), Butter (Milk) (8%), Water, Gelling Agent (Agar), Salt, Vanilla Extract, Lemon Oil Curd, Lemon Zest, Candied Lemon Slice, Poppy Seeds, Strawberries, Brown Cane Sugar, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin & Food Colouring.
