Is there any cookie more Christmas-y than Gingerbread Men?

Not that I know of! They smell like Christmas, tastes like Christmas and looks like Christmas!

 

These gingerbread men macarons are filled with lotus biscoff latte ganache and they are definitely the perfect treat or gift for Christmas!

Almond Flour, Egg Whites, Sugar, Milk, Cream, Butter, Food Colouring, Glucose Syrup, Original Caramelised Biscuits 58% (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm Oil from Sustainable and Certified Plantations, Rapeseed Oil), Candy Sugar Syrup, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Soya Flour, Salt, Cinnamon), Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Acid (Citric Acid),  Cocoa Butter 29.5%; Whole Milk Powder 23.5%; Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin; Natural Vanilla Flavouring and Coffee.

Dairy, Nuts (Almonds), Egg Whites, Wheat (Gluten) & Soya

 

We use natural and naturally derived food colourings wherever possible but our macarons may contain the following: E406, E129, E124, E104, E122, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102, E151, E330, E202
